Quiet Time

*Please be Mindful of our 10pm Quiet Time

*Vehicles Arriving past 10pm are asked to park along the Front Fence and quietly walk to their Sites

Gated Community

*We have a Gate we will Close during Private Event Rentals

*Otherwise, our Gate remains Open

*Due to Weekly Classes in our Hall, we do not ask our Guests to Open and Close behind them any more

Bath House

*Please Remove all Outdoor Shoes in our Buildings

We Encourage all Guests to bring Indoor Shoes for use in all Facility Buildings.

*We offer 6 Private Washroom Stalls available to our Guests including Showers.

*We have 2 Larger Private Stalls with a Bath Tub, Lock & Key available for Rent upon Request, $20 night.

(Limited Availability)

*Please Hang Shower Floor Mats up to Dry after use

*Toilet Seats remain down for cleanliness & respect to sharing Facilities

*Do NOT Flush Lady Products down the Toilets

*Turn all Lights Off when leaving the Bathhouse

*We do provide a Baby Change Table & baby wipes and a Training Potty for Toddlers

*Please DO NOT Discard Dirty Diapers into our Garbage Bins

Please Discard Diapers in our Large Blue Dumpster at the Front Entrance

Smoke Free

*We have a designated Smoking Area located by the Chimney Rock Sign.

*Smoking on Property results in a $100 Fine & Removal from the Property with no refunds.

(This includes smokes that are intrusive to neighbours)

(Vaporizing is acceptable as long as it's not invasive)

Tenting Site Features

*Tenting Sites include a Picnic Table & a Fire Pit

*Large Tenting Sites alongside the Creek may pitch up to 2 Tents, up to 4 Guests

*Additional Members $10/night

*Please leave your Site as Clean as you Arrived 🙏

Garbage & Recycling

*We have a few Large Garbage Bins around our Camping Resort

We ask to not put any Food Waste or Dog Poo in these Large Garbage Bins

*Please put all Food Waste & Dog Poo in our Large Blue Dumpster at the Front of our Entrance

This will prevent Smells & Wildlife from our Large Garbage Bins

*We provide Large Blue Recycle Bins around our Camping Resort

However, these are for Cans & Bottles Only

Please do not use for Recycling Cardboard or Plastics

Pet Members

*Like stated above, please make sure to discard all Dog Poo into our Large Blue Dumpster at our Front Entrance rather than our Large Garbage Bins

*Pets are Welcome, we just ask they are Trained and safe to be around other Dogs & children

*Please be prepared to keep your Dog on leash. If they are super friendly and obedient, they are allowed to be off leash upon supervision by owner

(Recommended bringing a Dog Pen, to allow Freedom of Space at your Campsite while also being contained)

*Local Yoga Instructor, Marion Flanagan, offers Yoga 3 xs a week in our Hall, here at Chimney Rock Resort

Mondays= 10am Hatha

Wednesdays= 5:30pm Yin

Fridays= 10am Hot

(All classes are $15/class)

*Local Mother & Daughter, Athena & Micayla Kearl, offer Bi-Weekly Sound Bath Journeys

Thursdays= 6pm

($20/class)

*Hushh Camps by Manager Belle Taneda, including Sign Language, Nature Adventures, Games & More

Sundays= 11am-1pm

($25/Camp)

*Our RV Full Service Sites include 50Amp Power, Water & Septic Hookup.

*Please arrive with an EMPTY TANK and only Hook Up when Disposing

*Power Adapters are Supplied

*Our RV Partial Service Sites are Along the Creek and include 15Amp Power and Access to Water to fill Tanks.

*Credit Card is Required upon Check In

(Any Damage will be discussed and then charged accordingly)

(Please be honest and let us know if any accidents have happened)

*Our Cozy Cabins are No PETS keeping it clean for those with Allergies

*Leave Keys inside the Cabin upon Departure

*A One-Time Cleaning Fee of $45 for Cozy Cabins with Bathroom Rentals will be added at the end of your Stay

*A One-Time Cleaning Fee of $35 to Camping Cabins will be added at the end of your Stay

Visitors

*Visitors are Welcome for Day Visits

*We just ask they Park at the Front Entrance to the Left of the Roundabout, alongside the Chainlink Fence

*Please Communicate to the Office when you have Guests visiting

*It is our Guest's Responsibility to share our Community
